Requirements
- 1-3 years of related work experience or equivalent education
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Flexible to work varying schedules as needed, * 1-3 years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, printers, and notebooks
- Strong knowledge and support of Microsoft Office applications
