Job description
Insight Global is looking for a Test Coordinator to support a large ServiceNow implementation for one of our large financial clients. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end testing, and ensuring all testing activities are completed on schedule. They will communicate testing results, defects, and remediation plans while working closely with multiple matrixed teams across the organization. As test cases progress into UAT, this individual will track and support them through completion. This position is 5 days onsite / 40 hours per week at our client's facility.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Test Coordinator, running testing as part of a large implementation Type A / go-getter personality with strong initiative Highly detail-oriented Proven experience running and coordinating end-to-end testing ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred (any SNOW product; strong understanding of platform functionality) Experience working with highly matrixed teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
JavaScript experience Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
