Job description

You will be involved throughout the entire system lifecycle, contributing to the definition, integration, validation, and verification of advanced avionics platforms. Your work will directly support both laboratory and on-aircraft testing environments, ensuring system performance, reliability, and certification readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

  • 4+ years of engineering experience

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylum or refugee status in the U.S, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization., * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • 4+ years of experience in systems, avionics, aerospace, defense, or a related technical field, including hands on work with system requirements, integration, validation, and/or verification, using tools such as DOORS, Jama, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (ARP-4754 familiarity preferred)

  • Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) systems definition, integration testing, validation and verification of any of the following interface types: Avionics Serial Busses (Arinc 429, Arinc 422, RS-232), Point to Point Ethernet, CAN Bus, Analogs/Discretes.

  • Experience interpreting Fault/Event Logs

  • Knowledge of system certification requirements and documentation

  • Integration of aircraft simulation with modular avionics hardware

  • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration

  • Effective communicator

  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.

  • Ability to adapt dictated by project changes and manage a variety of complicated tasks.
