Senior Software Engineer, Pega Blueprint

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be part of a team that is working directly with our Chief Product Officer on the Pega Blueprint SaaS offering. What You've Accomplished:

• 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development experience is required, particularly with an object-oriented programming language like Java, as well as React experience

• Pega CSA or CSSA is a huge plus with PPRC or Rules development experience

• REST API development experience

• Pega CSA or CSSA is a huge plus with PPRC or Rules development experience

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM development or other GenAI experience is a plus

Base salary range for this role is 100,400 - 150,200 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
