Job description

Lead migrations from On-Premises to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate, SPMT, or Metalogix. Deploy custom web parts and manage solution lifecycles. Configure and maintain SharePoint Server (2016/2019) environments, including web applications, site collections, and service applications (Search, User Profile, Managed Metadata). Manage Active Directory integrations, user permissions, and security policies. Implement robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. Perform routine health checks, apply patches/Cumulative Updates, and collaborate with infrastructure teams on Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server configurations. Troubleshoot complex performance issues

Requirements

8570-8140 Compliant IAT II (CompTIA Security +CE or similar) Bachelor's degree in IT + 7 years of SharePoint administration experience. At least 3 years of specialized experience in On-Premises environment configuration. Proficiency in Central Administration, PowerShell, and automated migration tools.

REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator
