Job description

We're looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer (SE) based in the NY Metro Area who will report to the Manager of Solutions Engineering. In this role, you will help increase our sales and business by sharing your technical expertise and assessing our OneTrust platform for prospective customers. You will also help us stay distinct from our competitors., * Be the go-to person for joining different systems when big sales opportunities come up. Your job will include making and showing proposals, answering RFPs, and giving tailored demonstrations. These demos will show how OneTrust's systems can be linked to meet client objectives.

  • Instrumental in technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices
  • Support Sales Teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options
  • Coordinates with internal R&D, technical integrations, and partner integrations teams to stay on top of product capabilities as well as future direction
  • Perform custom evaluations, known as proof-of-concept, to demonstrate how OneTrust's integrations meet client objectives.
  • You will clearly understand the privacy industry, including the regulatory environment, and will use this knowledge to support all of the primary responsibilities. Requirements

  • Has sales skills, can set up software, and demonstrate its functions. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the technology industry and/or an Enterprise Cloud-based Software company
  • Expertise in implementing software products or solutions to enterprise companies
  • Hands on experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, FreeMarker, HTML, CSS. Powershell scripting, ASP.NET, and C# experience a plus.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes (preferred), Docker, and OpenShift
  • Advanced knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing and programming
  • Ability to build relationships across stakeholders in R&D, marketing, sales and engineering
  • Robust entrepreneurial skills to thrive in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel, as job requires (Estimated 25%)

Benefits & conditions

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits. Salary Range $104,325-$139,100 USD
