Senior Test and Evaluation Specialist

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Test and Evaluation Specialist supporting an Air Force acquisition mission at Eglin AFB, FL. The candidate will provide T&E technical and engineering support across test concept development, test methodology development, test plan development, test execution, and test reporting, including data reduction and analysis and end-user operational testing., Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide T&E technical and engineering support by documenting the review, test concept development, test methodology development, test plan development, test execution, and test reporting, data reduction and analysis, and end-user operational testing

• Utilize and apply Design of Experiments methods to plan and conduct test programs
• Prepare (or advise others in the preparation of) criteria, computation/analyses, specifications, cost estimates, test plans, and technical reports in the specific area of technical expertise
• Select and apply engineering techniques and procedures to analyze and evaluate specific problems, data, or other features of the work which are broad in scope and complexity
• Review and evaluate the quantity, quality, and overall adequacy of results and conclusions drawn from accomplishment of test engineering tasks
• Develop new and innovative approaches to problems encountered and accomplish assigned tasks with efficiency, timeliness, and thoroughness
• Evaluate the configuration, capability, and operational relevance of test environments and ensure they are properly available for thorough testing of software releases (e.g., fault insertion/fault identification)
• De-conflict schedule conflicts between multiple releases, providing high quality analysis and recommendations to the program test lead

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an Active Top Secret clearance

Education: Bachelor's in Related Discipline + 15 years Relevant Experience ,OR *

• Associate's + 20 years Relevant Experience
