Job description
The System Coordinator, Temporary will be responsible to ensure the stability of operations of the in-house computer network, data, video, and wireless network services. S/he will be monitoring IT network and equipment, as well as following up with vendor vouchers and payment requests. S/he will be coordinating the IT help desk and customer service for internal customers, especially setting up new employee phones, PC, and Cloud installation. S/he will be involved with other IT-related projects and support.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or related field
- Working technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows 7, MS Office
- Excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal
- Proficient in Korean and English
