Job description
- IT Specialist will be responsible for coordination and resolution of issues related to the Branch's banking systems and maintenance of the branch's IT infrastructure.
- Also, IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users for hardware, software, and networking issues., * ?Maintaining of IT Assets for the branch operations
- ?Operating and maintaining IT Systems at the branch
- ?Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- ?Installing and configuring hardware and software providing technical assistance and guidance to users
Requirements
- ?2-3 years of general IT experience
- ?Bachelor's degree on IT related or equivalent job experience
- ?Experience in administrator level access to windows system
- (Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server)
- ?Experience in VMware environment (Deploying VMware, Hosting VMware)
- ?Basic Knowledge of Networking and above (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, WAN)
- ?Basic Knowledge of Workstation and Laptop hardware for supporting
- ?Knowledge of banking or accounting system is plus
- ?IT related certification is plus
