Job description
- Develop, monitor and evaluate paid social media campaigns and strategies
- Identify target audiences and understand where and how to reach them
- Manage paid social budgets, pacing, and tracking to ensure complete delivery while reaching client goals and KPIs (inclusive of trafficking and campaign optimizations)
- Create data-driven insights using client-facing dashboards, paid social platforms and website data
- Follow industry best practices and incorporate them into campaign strategies
- Deliver online and digital reporting to executive management and internal teams as it relates to budget, campaign performance and testing results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Present performance reports and strategy recommendations to clients, as needed
- Build and maintain an understanding of current topics in Social Media, web analytics, data management, tools and technologies related to teams core responsibilities
Requirements
Mindgruve is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Paid Social Specialist. Our ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities within the Paid Social space while staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices within the industry. We are seeking candidates who are located near one of our US offices, can work EST hours and be in-office three days a week., * A 4-year college degree and 1-3 years of paid social media planning and/or buying experience at an advertising agency, and/or consulting firm, and/or corporate marketing department in an analytical or marketing capacity
- Experience managing paid campaigns across various social media platforms (Required - Meta, TikTok; Preferred - Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
- Exposure to various mediums preferred (Digital, Paid Search)
- Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360 or comparable ad serving technology
- A detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growth
- Exposure to Big Data and the challenges associated with harnessing data to drive insight
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Professional and personal integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work EST hours
