Job description
The UX/UI Specialist will design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for digital products, helping translate product briefs and requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
- Translate product briefs and requirements into intuitive UX/UI designs
- Build prototypes using existing design systems and Figma components
- Support design needs for agile sprint cycles (2-3 week sprints)
- Collaborate with product and development teams to refine user experiences
- Contribute visual design support for social media or email assets when needed

Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Strong experience with Figma, including flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience designing mobile or social-first user experiences
- Understanding of user behavior on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat
- Ability to work within an existing design system and build new prototypes from components
- Strong understanding of UX best practices and user-centered design
Nice-to-Haves:
- Graphic design experience for social media or email marketing assets
- Experience working in agile sprint environments
- Startup or fast-paced product environment experience
- Passion for social culture and understanding of social-driven user behavior
