Sitecore Platform Manager

Vaco is currently seeking a Senior Sitecore Platform Manager for a 6M C2H opportunity that is located in Dallas, TX 75231.\u00a0 The Senior Sitecore Platform Manager will contribute to the design of vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform across the enterprise and will ensure the platform ecosystems supports business objectives through effective prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and structured change management.

• Facilitate Governance Process for Request Intake / Prioritization / Platform Change Approvals \u2013 Partnering with IT Governance / Data Management / Security Teams to Maintain Compliance / Operational Excellence, About the Project: The Senior Platform Manager is a newly created role that will own the Sitecore platform by defining the Sitecore product vision, multi-year roadmap, and prioritized backlog. The Senior Platform Manager will be leading the active migration from Azure-hosted Sitecore to Sitecore Cloud (XM Cloud / SitecoreAI), unlocking advanced AI-driven personalization, real-time content adaptation, dynamic recommendations, and hyper-relevant user experiences at scale.\u00a0 The Senior Platform Manager will partner with the business product owner, translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, bridge business and development teams by explaining native Sitecore capabilities vs. custom work, drive change management and adoption, and establish KPIs/ROIs to measure platform success.\u00a0 The Senior Platform Manager is a strategic role requiring solid Sitecore knowledge (features / limitations / configuration), strong translation skills, and no deep coding needed. \u00a0, * Requirement / Backlog Management \u2013 Requirement Facilitation / Business Analysis | Prioritize / Groom Backlogs

• Sitecore CMS (hands-on expertise | 3+ years) \u2013 Core Sitecore Features / Capabilities / Configuration Options / Native Strengths / Limitations / Common Integration Patterns (deep familiarity)
• Sitecore Modern Platform \u2013 Sitecore XM Cloud / Sitecore AI Features / Sitecore Personalize | Related Sitecore XP / XM Modules
• Product Vision / Roadmapping \u2013 Defining Product Vision / Multi-Year Roadmaps / Prioritized for Digital Platform Aligned to Business Objectives
