Job description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role partners closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions across web and mobile platforms., * Design user-centered experiences across web and mobile applications
- Translate product requirements and user insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces aligned with brand and design standards
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design iterations

Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual design skills
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, * Experience with mobile-first or responsive design strategies
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
