Job description

Role Overview: The UX/UI Designer will support a multi-year internal business transformation initiative, designing intuitive, modern user experiences for internal-facing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate brings strong design system experience, advanced Figma skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment., * Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across applications

  • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
  • Design intuitive user journeys and workflows for complex, internal-facing systems
  • Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions
  • Ensure designs align with established visual standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic
  • Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
  • Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems
  • 3 years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, nested components, and shared libraries
  • Strong experience building wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Experience working in Agile environments and fast-paced delivery teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
