Job description
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable Salesforce applications that support business processes and growth., * Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
- Customize and extend Salesforce functionality across Sales, Service, Marketing, and/or Experience Clouds
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, security, and scalability
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, including unit tests
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in production environments

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules
- Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs
- Experience with version control and deployment tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer, or equivalent)
- Experience with specific Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Health, or Experience Cloud)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and complex data migrations
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
