Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient IT Office Infrastructure Manager to oversee the physical and digital backbone of our workplace. In this role, you will be the primary architect and operator of our office technology, ensuring that our local networks, audiovisual systems, and physical security platforms are seamless, secure, and scalable.
You aren't just managing hardware; you are creating an environment where technology "just works" for every employee and visitor. From managing a high-density Wi-Fi network to administering our Genetec security suite and AV, you will be the go-to expert for all on-site technical operations.
In this role, you'll:

LAN Management: Design, implement, and maintain the Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure, including cabling, switches, and rack organization.

Wi-Fi Optimization: Monitor and optimize wireless network performance to ensure seamless connectivity across all office zones and high-density areas.

Conference Rooms: Oversee the installation and maintenance of all AV equipment, including microphones, speakers, and integrated camera systems

Managed Print Services: Oversee the fleet of printers and multifunction devices, managing centralized print server configurations.

Physical Security: Serve as the primary administrator for the Genetec platform, managing the full lifecycle of physical access including badge provisioning, door scheduling, and partition management for sensitive areas.

Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with hardware vendors and low-voltage contractors for office build-outs or renovations.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

10 years in IT support or systems administration, with at least 5 years specifically managing physical office infrastructure (AV, networking, or security systems).

Experience managing at least one high-stakes physical project, such as an office move, a network overhaul, or a large-scale AV integration.

Experience identifying and resolving office technology related issues

Ability to travel up to 30%
It's preferred if you have:

Certifications: CompTIA Network+ and/or A+, CCNA, or AVIXA CTS.

Proficiency in asset management software and experience managing an annual CAPEX/OPEX budget for hardware

Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to use written and verbal communication to explain fixes and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Benefits & conditions
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
