As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (WW Sales BPR) group, you and your

team will be responsible for implementing strategies, programs, tools and processes that enable the

business to drive sales, improve customer experience, innovate the way we manage and support one of

the largest channel operation in the world, among many other exciting goals. These solutions -can be

new technical capabilities, or transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving

sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays.

You will be delivering key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.

Job Responsibilities

We work closely with the business teams to become functional experts in key channel sales / end-user

sales / merchandising / digital and physical retail processes and related solutions needs. We establish

credibility as trusted advisors by listening, understanding business requirements and quickly providing

options for consideration. Effectively leading discussions with various partners and intelligently asking

probing questions that get to the real business needs (asking "why" and not just taking requirements at

face value) will be essential to success in this role.

Understand the strategy and the changing needs of the business via business workshop facilitation and

roadmap development for future state. This will involve working with global management teams and

colleagues across geographies.

You will focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process

analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking,

Agile,), leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas to challenge the status quo and deliver

extraordinary customer-focused solutions.

Be the inspiring leader in developing solutions as well as leading the project execution. It is important that

you can think strategically, connecting the dots in the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the

details of the deliverables.

We propose solutions beyond what has been requested by our business partners. You will work on

opportunities to build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability.

Partner with leadership teams to craft business cases and budget for changes/projects.

Set up success criteria for your initiatives that are clearly measurable and achievable through the scope

of deliverables, then ongoing tracking against these success criteria

Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects- from mobilization to scoping,

requirements, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing and implementation.

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin

Support key business processes promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance.

Manage the Salesforce application and be the expert to define, design and configure enhancements to

Salesforce platform that provide significant ROI by bridging the gap between out-of-the-box Salesforce

functionalities and business processes.

Design and implement reports, dashboards and alerts that support the business processes and deliver

business insight.

Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance

sign offs.

Prepare the business for the change and adoption - Ensuring that from the very start of the project, there

is a change management plan in place. By the time, we are live - the business is ready and excited to take

on the adjustments to people, process and technology.

Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements with Salesforce regarding Salesforce Sales

Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.

Related Technical Skills required

  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise (B2B) channel & End customer sales. Experience in Sales operations,

Partner management, Field Marketing & enablement preferred.

  • 5 + years of experience as a business analyst role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Sales

Cloud, Experience Cloud & Marketing Cloud

  • Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration,

customization, and/or integrations with external systems

  • Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles,

permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page

layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder,

flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.

  • Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well

as native Salesforce capabilities.

  • Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models

  • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management,

documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing,

change management, etc.

  • Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software

  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.

  • Superior ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and

reports to deliver business insight

  • Keen understanding of system security and controls

Education

BS or equivalent degree in Business management, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline

required. MBA degree preferred.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)

  • Agile SCRUM Master certification (preferred)

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (required)

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
