We're hiring a Salesforce Administrator to help scale the operational backbone of the BuildOps GTM motion. Salesforce is the center of our go-to-market motion - and we need someone who can build, optimize, and evolve the platform at high speed while maintaining enterprise-grade quality and control.
This role requires deep Salesforce administration expertise and strong Quote-to-Cash (QTC) experience, including hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and downstream revenue workflows involving RCA, ARM, or similar revenue accounting tools.

- Administer and optimize Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Build and maintain scalable automation using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects
- Drive clean, scalable architecture that supports rapid growth and evolving business needs
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and governance best practices
- Lead deployments, release cycles, sandbox strategy, QA, UAT coordination, and change management
- Maintain documentation and system standards while moving fast
- Ensure data cleanliness and enforce process compliance through smart controls and automation
Drive Quote-to-Cash Execution
- Own Salesforce CPQ configuration: products, bundles, pricing, discounting, approvals, renewals, amendments, and contracting workflows
- Build and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes (Opportunity * Quote * Contract * Billing * Revenue)
- Partner with Finance to ensure clean revenue processes aligned with revenue recognition requirements
- Support integrations and workflows tied to RCA, ARM, and other revenue automation tools
- Continuously improve quoting speed, accuracy, and compliance through automation and smarter system design
Partner Across the Business
- Work closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and GTM teams
- Translate evolving business requirements into system execution quickly and correctly
- Train users, improve adoption, and enforce best practices without slowing the business down
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience (required)
- Proven success supporting high-growth SaaS GTM organizations
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ (required)
- Strong experience supporting Quote-to-Cash workflows
- Experience operating in environments with frequent change, shifting priorities, and aggressive scaling goals
Certifications (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist (strongly preferred / ideal)
Additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant) are a plus. Technical Skillset
- Expert-level Salesforce Flow experience (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and object modeling
- Experience managing integrations and working alongside technical teams (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
