Oracle A2R Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle A2R Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Grants. The candidate will support end-to-end accounting processes and work closely with business and technical teams in a hybrid setup., * Lead A2R (Acquire to Retire) process implementation and support

• Configure and support Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Grants modules
• Handle business requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis
• Support period close, asset lifecycle, capitalization, and depreciation
• Ensure integration with GL and other financial modules
• Work with technical teams for data conversion, reports, and interfaces

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (A2R track)
• Strong functional expertise in Projects, Fixed Assets, and Grants
• Experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials
• Good understanding of accounting processes and asset lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work 2-3 days onsite in Philadelphia, PA

Preferred:

• Experience in public sector / grants accounting
• Prior experience in implementation or transformation projects
