Job description
An employer is looking for a Java Engineer in Bentonville, AR. This team falls in the healthcare domain and you will work on several new and existing projects. You will focus on backend development work including 70% new development activities and 30% maintenance work.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, building and supporting scalable, production-grade systems
Strong proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in modern Java versions
Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch for developing microservices and batch-processing applications
Experience working with NoSQL databases, preferably Azure Cosmos DB
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming
Experience deploying and operating applications in containerized environments, including Kubernetes
Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases
