Job description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Hazlehurst, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations by providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the success of our organization., Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and networking systems. Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, group policies, and security permissions. Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Perform hardware repairs and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems. Deliver clear and effective communication to end-users, assisting them with technical challenges. Conduct system updates and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures. Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and organizational standards. Monitor and address performance issues across desktop systems. Support the deployment of new technologies and systems within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role. Strong expertise in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Active Directory management and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus., All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
