IT Manager

• • Lead and manage relationships with IT external partners, and manage external vendors to maintain all applications, steering project implementation, and delivering quality service.
• • Develop, action, and manage a corporate IT Roadmap for the organization, understanding the current IT landscape and making recommendations for continuous improvement
• • Own and lead the design and integration of our internal system
• • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as needed based on business need
• • Ensures the security, reliability, consistency, and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions
• • Assess and action needs presented by the user and/or clients and recommend technical solutions.
• • Manage and communicate the status of projects with management and business stakeholders as needed
• • Creates a project-based prioritization schedule based on defined ROI and business outcomes
• • Scope projects, sources technical implementation and support resources, and manages the successful implementation of technical solutions
• • Oversees the identification of training requirements concerning existing or new processes and/or technologies

• Qualifications and Experience
• • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• • A minimum of 5 years experience in the field of responsibility
• • Experience with common IT business applications, OMS, API mapping, JavaScript, JSON technologies for API integration
• • Experience in ERP (SAP & NetSuite) or EDI implementation
• • Experience in architecture and solution design for SD and WM processes
• • Extensive direct project management or related work experience

• • SAP, NetSuite
• • eCommerce Platform (Magento2, Shopify)
• • PMP certified preferred
• • Excellent communication and reporting experience
• • Excellent organizational skills and ability maintain composure under pressure
• • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment while being adaptable to change
• • Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and, to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems.
• • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones
• • Bilingual (Korean-English) is required
