Seeking a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to support the exciting Target Discovery & Tradecraft mission. The engineer will work closely with mission stakeholders to capture requirements, aid in structured planning, gather and synthesize use cases, translate requirements into actionable roadmaps, and facilitate new data streams to support intelligence analysis and discovery., * Wyetech believes in generously supporting employees as they prepare for retirement. Requirements
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
- Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Must have an IAT-I certification, such as Security + CE.
- Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or system administration.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong Linux experience
- Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management.
- Experience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure.
- Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage.
- Experience implementing security best practices to include PKI certificate generation, deployment and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C
Desired Technical Skills
- Experience deploying and maintaining nginx
- Familiarity with Docker and RedHat Satellite
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments like AWS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) products like Terraform, SALT and Ansible as well as system monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience with SELinux and FIPS

$56.96 - $77.13 an hour
Pay Range: $56.96 - $77.13 per hour*
