Job description

Kforce has a client in Corona, CA that is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist. Weekend work may be required - this is a 24/7 operation. There is a requirement to be available for any shift based on business needs. Work is 100% onsite.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of technical training/education or equivalent is preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills along with solid technical aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working in different operating systems
  • Able to troubleshoot internet browsers, smart phones and tablets is a plus
  • Able to multitask
  • Skilled in providing problem resolution
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with an average of 50 calls per day
