IT Onsite Technician

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure., * Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Participate in project rollouts and deployments
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

Do you have experience in macOS?, * This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted pay range of $48,000 - $57,000 per year.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
• Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed
