IT Application Analyst

• Functions as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during the planning process and provides oversight throughout the project cycle.\t
• Builds credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs.\t
• Research requests to determine scope, size and impact.\t
• Validates requirement information with the stakeholders to ensure completeness, correctness, and clarity. Validates solutions to ensure it satisfies the stated requirements.\t
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of existing systems and certification in the vended application.\t
• Able to design, develop, or modify applications, algorithms, or rules via vendor tools or augmented tools developed within client and are able to validate data integrity of changes introduced.\t
• Works on strategic projects with a Project Manager and is able to manage small- to mid-sized operational projects independently.\t
• Works independently across multiple departments and divisions in order to accomplish goals.\t
• Creates test plans and evaluates current plans for improvement.\t
• Guides and advises less experienced business analysts and provides orientation and training for new employees.\t
• Maintains knowledge of current and emerging technologies that directly affect enterprise processes.\t
• Maintains awareness of overall enterprise architecture.\t
• May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support.

The ideal candidate will have: The ideal candidate should have Epic Radiant Certified (required), at least 2-3 years Epic Radiant build experience (required) and Experience working on error queues, troubleshooting party integrations with Radiant, modality worklists, and workstation configuration., * Experience with Epic data courier/migrations (preferred)\t

• Experience with ServiceNow (plus)\t
• A high level of analytical skills, organizational skills, sound judgement and decision-making ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.\t
• Expected to participate in a rotation for handling incident tickets.
