Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Analyst to support large-scale healthcare IT initiatives. This role will lead and manage complex projects, provide strategic insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare technology, Epic reporting tools, and data analytics.

Requirements

- Bachelor\u2019s degree with 5+ years of experience in technology or business administration\t
- Strong experience in healthcare IT environments\t
- Hands-on experience with Epic reporting tools, including:\t \t\t
- Radar Dashboards\t\t
- Reporting Workbench\t\t
- Slicer Dicer\t \t\t
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and report logic recreation\t
- Experience with Cogito tools and healthcare data models\t
- Knowledge of financial concepts, project management, and business process improvement\t
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills\t
- Experience working in committee-driven and cross-functional environments\t
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
Preferred Skills \t
- Experience with Epic data platforms such as:\t \t\t
- Caboodle\t\t
- Clarity\t\t
- Beaker\t \t\t
- Familiarity with healthcare data workflows, clinical metrics, and operational reporting\t
- Experience troubleshooting data issues and validating reporting outputs, The ideal candidate will have: Strong expertise in healthcare IT, Epic reporting tools, and SQL, along with Cogito Fundamentals (COG170) and Cogito Tools Administration (COG200) certifications, and the ability to lead complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range*: $90 - $100 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
