Job description
Role in managing and enhancing our enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) landscape. In this role, you will take ownership of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) operations overseeing daily support, compliance, enhancements, and vendor coordination while ensuring alignment with SOX, NERC, and regulatory requirements. You\u2019ll partner closely with business stakeholders, auditors, and managed service providers to deliver a secure, compliant, and continuously improving identity ecosystem. This position reports to the Manager \u2013 IT and may require participation in on?call rotations and extended coverage during emergency events.
What You\u2019ll Be Doing SailPoint IGA Operations & Support
- Own day to day operations of SailPoint IIQ, ensuring stability, security, and compliance
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, events, and production releases
- Provision and\u00a0 access to critical security tools and applications
- Track and manage ENP/ServiceNow tickets related to SailPoint IIQ
- Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and validate vendor deliverables
Compliance, Audit & Risk Management
- Serve as a key contributor to SOX compliance, including quarterly SOX updates
- Support SOC audits, internal controls testing, and regulatory reviews
- Assist in documenting, evaluating, and remediating control deficiencies
- Provide ongoing reporting and insights for Non?NERC and NERC CIP compliance
- Support audit evidence gathering, DR drills, and compliance investigations
Technical Leadership & Enhancements
- Plan, analyze, and deliver SailPoint enhancements following IT project standards
- Support integrations across enterprise systems (cloud & on prem)
- Lead patching cycles, password expirations, and certificate renewals
- Perform root cause analysis using logs, SQL queries, and flat\u00a0Tile analysis
- Ensure DR/HA readiness and participate in disaster recovery exercises
Collaboration & People Development
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT partners
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical coaching to junior team members
- Communicate process and procedural changes across security teams

Requirements
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) \u2013 Expert Level (Must Have)
- Identity Governance & Enterprise Access Management
- SOX Compliance & Regulatory Environments
- NERC CIP (Strong Plus)
- SQL, Flat Files, and Identity Data Analysis
- ServiceNow (Nice to Have)
- Incident, Change & Release Management
- Vendor & MSP Coordination
- Strong Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis, * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or a related field or 6\u20139 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree 8\u201310 years of hands?on experience in SailPoint IGA and Security Applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience leading small IT initiatives or sub teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Preferred:
- SOX Certification (Highly Preferred)
- Experience in regulated environments (SOX, NERC CIP, HIPAA, PCI)
- ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, Release, Patch & Vulnerability Management)
- Experience with large scale enterprise systems and complex integrations
- Familiarity with Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Strong understanding of system architecture and IAM workflows
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers
