Are you passionate about cloud technology and automation? TQL is seeking a Cloud Engineer II to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you'll develop, implement and support cloud-native and hybrid-cloud solutions that drive our business forward. You'll work closely with Cloud Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are efficient, secure and scalable., * Develop, provision, monitor, and support cloud-native and hybrid solutions
- Collaborate with Cloud Architects to design innovative infrastructure
- Analyze business needs and propose conceptual solutions with supporting documentation
- Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules (Terraform, Ansible)
- Monitor systems in partnership with NOC/SOC teams to identify and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot cloud workloads and support team members
- Build and maintain both public cloud and hybrid cloud environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in cloud computing
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platform and services
- Experience with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud and automation certifications highly preferred (Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- DevOps mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, from new hires to executives
- Desire to stay on top of emerging technologies
