• Lead and implement Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration - convert Visualforce pages and logic to Lightning Web Components.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named

Credentials, and External Services.

• Implement Event-Driven Architecture patterns using Platform Events, Change Data

Capture, and Streaming APIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, architects, and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development lifecycle best practices using version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and enforce Salesforce governance, security, and data management policies.
• Integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and custom development.
• Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Play independent developer role in custom build with heavy integration experience
• Create complex LWC components
• Execute quick POC
• Hands on custom component building on the existing salesforce implementation
• Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders

Do you have experience in XML?, Must Have Technical/Functional Skills ü Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows. ü Proven experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects. ü Experience with external system integration using APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events. ü Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture in Salesforce (Platform Events, CDC). ü Solid understanding of Salesforce security model - profiles, roles, permission sets,

ü Design and development experience on Salesforce solutions mainly in Service Cloud along with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products exposure. ü Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Admin, App Builder. ü Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ü Familiarity with tools like Postman, Workbench, Data Loader, VS Code with SFDX. ü Knowledge of deployment processes and DevOps tools like Copado. ü Hands on complex coding on APEX, LWC and integration is mandatory ü sales, service and salesforce technical certifications mandatory ü hands on in salesforce org merge, Lightning migration, integration and data quality/migration design ü Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background. ü Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools. ü Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions. ü Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch. ü Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls. ü Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution. ü Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow. ü Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle. ü Strong knowledge in data migration and integration ü Similar consulting firm work experience will be preferred Roles & Responsibilities
