• Define and execute the team's mission, gaol, and roadmap, aligning with broader organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, from scoping to production deployment, managing risks and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Drive technical goal and system design, ensuring alignment within the broader ecosystem.
• Identify and address gaps in reliability, scalability, and efficiency, delivering the next generation of fulfillment planning systems working with leads and business stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
