- Extract and compile campaign performance reports from internal systems and advertising platforms
- Conduct daily analysis of media performance data across channels
- Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities within campaign metrics
- Deliver actionable recommendations based on quantitative analysis and content-performance insights
- Support the Client Management team with data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Monitor KPIs, performance benchmarks, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet objectives
- Present findings in clear, concise reports and dashboards tailored to client needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align performance insights with strategic goals
Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Paid Media Analyst with a background in organic and paid media to join our team. This role is responsible for the daily analysis of campaign performance data and serves as a key analytical partner to Client Management.
This is a numbers-driven, CSM-oriented position focused on uncovering insights behind paid media performance and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive client success., * 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid and organic media, or digital marketing (brand or agency side)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI platforms)

Experience working with paid media platforms and performance metrics (TikTok, Meta, Google, X, Snapchat, etc.)

Ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into meaningful insights

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
