Additional Qualifying Factors
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor' Degree in Computer Science or related field

Level of Experience Requirements: 5+ years' experience in information technology management to include at least 2 years of supervisory duties.

Experience with Cisco Call Manager

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Understanding of systems integration

Ability to produce reports on system functions when necessary.
