HRIS Technology Manager

This resource will partner with HR and IT to help with changes/enhancements, administration and projects for all HR technology, * Design, administer and communicate HR Technology programs (i.e. PeopleSoft/ partnership with IT, iCIMS, Cornerstone)

• Write queries, create reports and dashboards for the HR team and company leaders
• Manage reporting process needed for business items (i.e. EEOC filings)
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and providers and ensure procedures are followed to minimize costs
• Equip business leaders and HR with knowledge, skill and capability around core HR Technology plans and processes
• Serve as business partner to HR team for HR Technology
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot HR system issues, and resolve conflicts
• Serve as a people manager to a team of HR Technology analysts
• Promote team effectiveness, provide clear direction, set and monitors high standards of excellence, proactively and fairly resolve performance problems
• Communicate positive expectations when developing others, readily share knowledge and advice, provide candid, balanced, and regular feedback

• 3+ years experience in an HR Leadership role

• Experience using PeopleSoft HR

• Bachelors Degree

• Experience using SQL Preferred Experience:
