The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in systems engineering lifecycle of missile / weapon system development program(s), functional analysis and systems trade studies for technical solutions with respect to concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, and maintenance; Reviewing the SOW to generate and present data analysis using the results gathered to support internal and external stakeholder meetings. They will have technical knowledge in one or more of the subsystems of missile/weapon system, e.g., RF/sensors, guidance, command & control systems., Principal Engineer Systems (ENG03): 5 Years with Bachelors in Science, 3 Years with Masters or 1 Years with PhD
- Active Secret Clearance required to start
- Proficient in Requirements and Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Experienced with Cameo or MagicDraw
- Proven ability to understand software systems interface documentation, interconnect diagrams, military standards
- Experience with Requirements Impact Assessments, Change Requests, and Engineering Change Proposals
Sr Principal Engineer Systems (ENG04): 8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters or 3 years PhD
- Active Secret Clearance required to start
- Proficient in Requirements and Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Experienced with Cameo or MagicDraw
- Proven ability to understand software systems interface documentation, interconnect diagrams, military standards
- Experience with Requirements Impact Assessments, Change Requests, and Engineering Change Proposals
Preferred Qualifications:

Technical experience with IAMD: C2 with understanding of weapons, sensors, distributed computing and these systems' impact on a command-and-control system's architecture, requirements, and interfaces for communications between these systems

Systems Engineering Experience in an Agile environment

IBCS experience preferred

Secondary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
