Job description
· Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premise solutions in accordance with NAVWAR requirements.
· Build and customize sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions to support program and operational needs.
· Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integrated with SharePoint.
· Support document management, records management, and information governance in compliance with DoD and Navy policies.
· Implement and maintain workflow automation to streamline business and program management processes.
· Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver capabilities on schedule.
· Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint environments.
· Ensure solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF controls, and data protection standards.
· Develop technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI preferred).
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) concepts.
- Experience implementing permissions, security groups, and access controls.
- Familiarity with DoD/Navy IT environments and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with government customers.
