Job description

HyerTek is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Field Service. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable solutions that enhance service delivery, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency., * Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service modules (cases, SLAs, work orders, scheduling, etc.).
  • Build model-driven apps, custom tables, forms, views, and business rules.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Support testing, deployments, and environment management across Dev/Test/Prod.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; optimize performance and usability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices, security, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (model-driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
  • Experience customizing and extending Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, plugins).
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, custom connectors, Azure services).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
