Network Controllers

• Proactively investigate and resolve network monitoring alerts using available documentation and research.
• Diagnose circuit issues using router commands, loopback tests, error/alarm analysis, and other troubleshooting methods.
• Monitor network performance using specialized tools; escalate issues as needed.
• Create and maintain incident tickets using Remedy.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting across a global network infrastructure., Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Network Controller, Network Specialist, LAN, WAN, Ethernet, MPLS, VPN, Wireless Network, Cisco, Juniper, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VOIP, Unified Communications, Cisco Unified Call Manager, Call Manager, Remedy, Ticketing Systems, Troubleshooting, DoD, DoDIN, Security+, CompTIA Security+, IAT Level II, CCNA, CCNP, Network+, Clearance, Secret Clearance, Top Secret Clearance, Hill AFB, 24/7 Operations, Monitoring Tools, Circuit Troubleshooting, Network Controller, JOurneyman

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Practical experience with LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent).
• Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Top Secret.

• Salary range: $55,000 - $65,500, based on experience.
