Web Designer

As a Fullstack Designer, you will assist in driving the visual and technical execution of online properties. The Full Stack Designer will be capable of both visual design and front-end development, creating beautiful and functional web experiences- all the way from ideation to deployment. You will be hands-on and collaborate with innovative Designers, Marketers, Project Managers, Product Managers, Content Strategists, and Copywriters to conceptualize, prototype, build, test and publish new conent., * Responsible for executing on creative projects with an emphasis on visual design, interaction, and front-end code - actively participating in creative briefings, assist in the development and execution of creative concepts (both independently and with the team), determine solutions/alternatives when necessary and present to key business stakeholders.

• Responsible for ensuring mockups and prototypes are ready for review by design leadership.
• Integrate robust design skills, including layout, typography, animation, and design patterns into all marketing campaigns through the web.
• Passion for creating beautiful, pixel perfect visual designs with the latest standards and technologies.
• Ability to strategically think across platforms, solve technical problems, master constantly changing content across channels to drive successful marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Support and align with marketing initiatives to ensure continuity across all platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.

1. Experience with HTML and CSS a. 5+ years of experience.
2. Fluent in Adobe Photoshop a. 5+ years of experience; additional creative cloud experience is a plus.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

1. Entertainment experience preferred.
2. Experience with JavaScript is a plus
3. Figma experience

Soft Skills:

1. Deep understanding of UI/UX
2. Strong aptitude for building effective relationships in a fast-paced, constantly changing and deadline driven environment.
3. At least foundational understanding of SEO
4. Attention to detail.
5. Not hesitant to ask for help or escalate issues where necessary.
6. An energetic, positive and roll up your sleeve's collaborator is a must.
7. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
8. A love of television and movies, as well as a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
9. Able to do more with less, to work smarter not harder.

Technology Requirements:

1. Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS
2. Fluent in Adobe Photoshop
3. Familiarity with core CMS functions- regardless of specific platform (WordPress, etc.)
4. Visually stunning, cutting-edge portfolio not only showcasing a strong eye, but also strong storytelling and problem-solving abilities.
