• Remain available for on-call support for major outage issues related to the Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager\t
• Highly proficient in the architecture, design, and deployment of Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager product\t
• Maintain Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager solutions\t
• Develop integrations of proxies with other cybersecurity solutions\t
• Serve as liaison between the client and Palo Alto Support\t
• Engage in technical design of solutions based on use cases and business requirements\t
• Participate in proof of concepts and evaluate technologies, designs, and solutions with recommendations\t
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and threats, proactively assessing their adoption\t
• Support development of cybersecurity requirements, architecture artifacts, plans, and policies\t
• Implement security controls across networking devices, databases, operating systems, hardware, and software components\t
• Understand and support cybersecurity development activities\t
• Analyze cybersecurity data and test results\t
• Design, protect, and manage security services for the company\u2019s global infrastructure\t
• Communicate highly technical concepts effectively to all audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and executives\t
• Collaborate with IT administrators and senior stakeholders to fulfill security requirements\t
• Self-motivated, self-educating, and able to work collaboratively within a team\t

• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Palo Alto solutions\t
• Integration development skills with cybersecurity solutions\t
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences\t
• Ability to work independently and in team environments\t
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, architecture, and best practices\t
• Experience supporting enterprise proxy and security solutions\t
• Desirable: Relevant certifications and security clearance
