Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field AND a minimum of (7) seven years; OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- (3) three years of experience managing full-scope technical projects.
- Completion of a certificate in project management fundamentals.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of multiple IT disciplines, such as data management, IT security principles, local and wide area networks, data storage, and application architecture principles.
- Knowledge of management principles with an emphasis on team building and effectiveness.
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree involving a major study in information systems technology.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with ITIL, DevOps, or Lean IT.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with LEAN management principles.
- Public sector information technology management experience.
- Public sector contracting experience.
