Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to support a complex, high-performance network infrastructure spanning enterprise data centers and AWS cloud environments. This role is critical in maintaining 24x7x365 uptime, performance, and reliability across production and corporate networks. \r\r

Responsibilities \r\r \r

  • Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring, and support of enterprise and production network infrastructure\r
  • Support incident response and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud (AWS/VPC) environments\r
  • Assist in maintaining high availability and performance of critical systems supporting global gaming platforms\r
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP)\r
  • Support and manage network hardware and security appliances, including Cisco and Juniper devices\r
  • Assist with firewall configuration and VPN connectivity (IPSec, SSL-VPN)\r
  • Work with load balancing technologies such as F5 Big-IP (LTM/GTM)\r
  • Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Observium, Cacti, SNMP, and Syslog\r
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support high-priority production incidents\r
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps\r
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on network improvements, upgrades, and automation initiatives\r

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in network administration or network operations\r
  • Strong experience with Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASA) and/or Juniper (SRX, M-series)\r
  • Solid understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)\r
  • Hands-on experience with routing and switching in enterprise environments\r
  • Exposure to firewalls and network security concepts\r
  • Experience supporting production environments with high uptime requirements\r
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and alerting tools\r
  • Experience with AWS networking (VPC, routing, security groups, peering)\r
  • Exposure to load balancing technologies (F5, Riverbed Zeus)\r
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, Ansible)\r
