QA Manual & Automation Tester

Insight Global is looking to hire an experienced QA Tester to support one of our top financial services clients. This role involves both automation and manual testing of a critical payments application. Prior experience in financial services or banking is highly valued., * Conduct end-to-end testing across complex systems

• Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium, Java, or Cucumber
• Perform manual testing using ALM and Octane
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Ensures software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements through comprehensive testing.
• Expert in conditioning and generating test data, building and executing both manual and automated test suites, communicating test results, and assisting with defect triage
• Proven Experience in UI and API test automation with Java using Selenium , RestAssured
• Actively participates in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• 5-8 Years of Manual Testing (ALM / Octane) (30%)
• 8+ Years of Automation Testing (Selenium, Java, or Cucumber) (70%)
• 5+ years working with JIRA
• Strong experience with end-to-end testing
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub / BitBucket
• Experience working in Financial Services or on payment platforms
