Lead functional design for Core HR, Talent, Absence, and Payroll (as applicable)

Drive Fit to Standard workshops and align HR processes across MasTec business units

Configure Oracle Fusion HCM with a configuration first, minimal customization approach

Partner with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Legal teams

Support testing, training, change management, and adoption

Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and audit standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

10+ years of HRMS experience with Oracle Fusion HCM

Strong understanding of enterprise HR operations and compliance

Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
