Senior Salesforce Developer

• Mentor and coach developers through code reviews and best practices
• Drive high standards for Apex unit testing and test-driven development
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and GitHub Actions
• Architect and implement integrations using REST, GraphQL, and event-driven patterns
• Partner with stakeholders and architects to deliver business-aligned solutions
• Champion documentation, code quality, and continuous improvement across the team

Do you have experience in Salesforce Cloud?, * 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Experience Sites, Platform Events, and integrations

• Familiarity with Data360 (FKA: Data Cloud)
• Strong expertise in Salesforce DX, including scratch org workflows and modern DevOps practices
• Advanced proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD tools), and collaborative development workflows
• Experience leveraging AI-accelerated development tools, including the Anthropic suite
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and enterprise application architecture
• Strong knowledge of Experience Sites, sharing sets, and the Salesforce security model
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers through best practices and code reviews
• Expertise in Apex unit testing, test coverage strategies, and navigating Salesforce governor limits
• Familiarity with common design patterns such as Repository, Singleton, Factory, and Decorator
• Experience with static code analysis tools for Apex and JavaScript
• Experience with ApexKit, or a strong willingness to learn and adopt it
• Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, high-quality code
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills, * Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with tools like Linear or similar project management platforms
