Job description
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Support testing, deployments, and code reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for security and performance

Pay Transparency Notice
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of Salesforce administration fundamentals
- Experience with source control and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure
- BOOMI, Copado, or similar tools
- Additional Salesforce certifications (PD II, Architect-level certs a plus)
