Job description

Job Summary: The Computer Technician ensures that the facility remains compliant with safety standards, operationally efficient, and well-maintained to support day-to-day warehouse operations., * Printer maintenance

  • Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment. They also ensure that machines operate safely and efficiently.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Locus bots
  • Responsible for establishing preventative maintenance methods, analyzing machinery and tools, and scheduling training sessions. They also ensure that the equipment is in good working condition and follows safety guidelines.
  • Part and Tote Inventory
  • Responding to service requests
  • Helping DTS and B2C with orders in SALT
  • Create labels using ZPL coding
  • Submitting support tickets
  • Gather, analyze, and process information to identify and resolve issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse safety management?, * Strong organizational, problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or work order systems preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to work with staff, contractors, and leadership teams
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptable
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to stand and walk around for up to 12 hours at a time
  • Ability to handle various tools
  • Willing to get into scissor lift and work with various heights
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
