Job description

We're hiring a Visual/User Interface Designer to join our AI Research team in creating next-gen, best-in-class experiences for CRM and the field of AI. You will shape impactful demos and websites for both mobile and desktop digital experiences. You'll collaborate with an innovative team of product managers, researchers, engineers, and marketers who are blazing new trails in the AI space.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with researchers, engineers, and product managers to design demos and interfaces that are both technically sophisticated and immediately intuitive
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to improve and evolve the AI Research web presence, including the portal and blog.
  • Produce visual assets across formats - social graphics, presentation materials, brand elements - that maintain a consistent, modern identity.
  • Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that move quickly from concept to stakeholder alignment
  • Work within established design standards and guidelines, contributing feedback to help refine them over time.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/visual design work - from early concept through shipped product
  • Comfort with front-end code or vibe-coding; you can build or troubleshoot a prototype when it matters
  • Fluency in Figma as your primary tool, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • A sharp, modern design sensibility with real attention to craft and detail
  • Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments where priorities shift and timelines compress
  • The ability to take ambiguous, technically complex problems and translate them into clean, purposeful design solutions
  • Strong communication habits - you give and receive feedback well, and you know how to build shared vision across a room.
