Job description
CGI is looking for a driven and strategic Senior Product Owner to join a high-performing team supporting a mission-critical platform for a leading financial services client in New York City., Own the product roadmap for KYC/AML systems (e.g., onboarding, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening) .Translate regulatory requirements into product features and user stories .Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams. .Works closely with the internal/external auditors from different regions to fulfil regulatory compliance requirements. .Participate on end-to-end delivery of product roadmap and milestones, managing stakeholders, creating/maintaining a healthy product backlog, and defining product vision. .Leads a tribe of multiple squads. .Prioritize backlog based on regulatory deadlines, risk exposure, and business impact .Ensure alignment with global AML regulations (e.g., FATF, FinCEN guidelines) .Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in Agile environments .Monitor product performance using KPIs (false positives, onboarding time, alert resolution time) .Drive automation and efficiency in KYC/CDD/EDD processes .Manage third-party vendors (screening tools, identity verification providers)

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $107,500.00 - $211,600.00.
