Job description
CGI is seeking a Product Owner serves who will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that product solutions align with strategic goals, customer needs, and enterprise standards. This is a hybrid role requiring project management, client stakeholder engagement and business analyst capabilities., Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment on product vision and objectives . Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and strategic goals . Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows . Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements . Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, are scalable, and align with enterprise standards . Manage scope changes and trade-offs while maintaining focus on value delivery . Identify risks, dependencies, and assumptions and proactively resolve or escalate issues . Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather stakeholder requirements . Continuously refine requirements and processes based on feedback and changing business priorities . Document current-state and future-state business processes . Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed solutions . Ensure requirements are traceable from business need through delivery . Prepares Project Management deliverables and provides input to other deliverables related to the IT service including but not limited to Quality Assurance Plan, Program Management Plan, Architecture Diagrams, Requirements Specifications and Detailed Designs . Supports management of CGI and client stakeholder teams through SDLC stage gates and deployment

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $139,300.00.
